We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the office.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and emails, filing documents, handling correspondence, ordering office supplies, and other clerical duties as assigned. This role also requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

We are open to hiring someone with no prior experience; however, knowledge of related office software is a plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
