Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing administrative support to a variety of departments. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to office management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing general office management and administrative support services such as filing, photocopying, mail sorting and distribution, telephone answering, etc.
• Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports and presentations.
• Maintaining records and databases of company information.
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Assisting with ordering office supplies and other related duties as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant position; experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
