Office assistant job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and we welcome applications from immigrants.
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. The successful candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain filing systems and update records
• Answer phones and take messages
• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documents
• Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
• Perform data entry tasks as required
• Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.)
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
