Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the display of products in stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month. We welcome applications from foreigners who have 3 years of experience in Merchandising.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the display of products in store locations to ensure maximum visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure that shelves are adequately stocked with merchandise.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast future sales figures.
• Prepare reports on product performance and make recommendations on how to increase product sales.
• Communicate with vendors regarding new product arrivals, promotional activities, discounts, etc.
• Work closely with store management to ensure all promotional activities are properly executed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Retail Management/Marketing or a related field.
• 3 years' experience in merchandising or retail management roles with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations processes and procedures including inventory control, pricing strategies, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and quickly identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors alike.
