Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue, and leading a team of sales professionals. The salary on offer is 1600 per month. We are also willing to consider applications from foreign nationals for this position.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales initiatives
- Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Managing the sales team by recruiting, training and evaluating personnel
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers while building new relationships
- Analysing market trends and competitor information to identify opportunities for growth
