Executive Chef - Al Shamkhah City
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and developing menus that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
• Excellent culinary skills with a knowledge of global cooking techniques
• A good understanding of the food safety regulations and health & safety procedures
• Ability to manage budgets, costs and labor costs to maximize profits
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred, but not required
• We are open to considering foreigners for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Developing menus that reflect the highest quality cuisine and global flavors.
• Planning, organizing and controlling all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Overseeing the selection, training, development, scheduling and evaluation of kitchen staff.
• Monitoring food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food items.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations as well as sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
