Job Summary:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Musaffah. This role offers an attractive salary of 1800 AED, and will be suited to a hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and an eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:
The Barista will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in our Musaffah outlet. This will include preparing coffee drinks and other beverages, taking orders, and ensuring the customer’s satisfaction. Additionally, the Barista should have excellent multitasking skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality results. Other duties may include cash handling, inventory management, and opening/closing the store.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess at least two years of barista experience or related field. An understanding of different types of coffees and tea is essential as well as familiarity with standard coffee preparation methods. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as well as great customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience with cash handling is a plus but not mandatory. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position if they meet all other requirements stated above.
