Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Land surveyor to join our team in Khalifah A City. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land, mapping it and providing accurate measurements. They should also have excellent knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and processes involved in land surveying. This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours and offers a competitive salary of 1400. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Land surveyor include: performing detailed land surveys; establishing accurate measurements; creating maps of surveyed areas; analyzing existing survey data to identify potential conflicts or inconsistencies; preparing reports on the results of surveys; ensuring all work complies with relevant laws and regulations; maintaining records for all survey jobs; and developing solutions to any problems encountered during surveys.

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail. They should have at least five years' experience in land surveying, as well as a professional degree in surveying or related field. Other key qualifications include problem solving skills, time management abilities, communication proficiency, organizational capabilities, customer service skills and proficiency in using various surveying software packages. Furthermore, they should possess knowledge of local laws related to land surveying as well as a valid driver's license for travel between job sites.
