The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff and assisting with day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling incoming mail, filing documents, responding to customer inquiries, and other clerical tasks as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Powerpoint is preferred but not required.
