Barista - Dubai (1000 AED)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality coffee beverages, as well as outstanding customer service to our guests. In this role you will be interacting with customers, preparing hot and cold drinks and delivering food orders to the tables.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience as a Barista or in a similar position;
• Passion for specialty coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus);
• A friendly and professional attitude;
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends;
• Previous experience with cash handling;
• Ability to take initiative and use problem-solving skills.
