Salary: 1600 QAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with an ability to multitask and prioritize. This position requires a highly organized individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently while efficiently managing their daily tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s management team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming calls, emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
• Maintain office filing systems and records management systems
• Create documents, reports, presentations and other materials in Microsoft Office Suite
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for company personnel
• Manage travel arrangements for company personnel as needed
• Handle all aspects of day-to-day operations including filing, scanning, copying, ordering of supplies etc.
• Serve as a point of contact between the company’s personnel and external contacts/visitors
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 3 years of secretarial experience in a professional office setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
