Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and efficient Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Manage correspondence and emails
• Maintain office filing systems
• Handle travel arrangements for senior staff
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations
• Coordinate meetings including scheduling appointments and reserving conference rooms
• Prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Order office supplies
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed • Flexibility to work overtime when needed • Ability to multitask efficiently • Strong organizational skills
Salary: 900 QAR per month
