Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced office assistant who can manage the daily operations of our office in Khawr Fakkan. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as answering phones, receiving visitors, filing documents, managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office equipment. This person should also be comfortable with computers and capable of using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
The successful candidate will also provide support to management by preparing reports as needed and assisting in other tasks as assigned. They must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires knowledge of customer service principles and practices with the ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month along with health benefits including medical insurance coverage. We are willing to consider immigrants if they meet all the necessary requirements for this role.
