Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments of the office. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors and organizing office supplies. Additionally, they will be responsible for data entry, filing documents, creating reports and preparing presentations as needed. They must also demonstrate strong customer service skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational skills who can effectively manage their time while multitasking with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel). Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred but not required; however, we are willing to consider someone with no experience if their skillset meets the qualifications listed above.
