The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, setting and meeting goals, developing strategies to increase sales, and overseeing the development of relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically and analytically, along with a strong knowledge of marketing best practices. They should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
