Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The successful candidate will be someone with a minimum of 1 year work experience, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also be comfortable interacting with staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
• Greet visitors and handle general inquiries
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Manage stock of office supplies
• Maintain records and databases
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
• Make outgoing mail/packages
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system for both paper documents and electronic files.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year work experience in an office environment or related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Comfort interacting with staff at all levels including senior management staff • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Foreigners are welcome to apply
