Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including organizing and maintaining office records, managing the daily operations of the office, and ensuring the smooth running of the organization's activities.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Good problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• High level of accuracy in data entry
• Immigrant status is a plus.
