Salary: 1200 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize workloads and have a professional attitude. We are also open to considering foreign applicants.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. They will be expected to manage office supplies, organize meetings, manage calendars and coordinate office events. Additionally they will need to provide administrative support including filing, word processing and data entry as needed.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in office administration or similar role, strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
