Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our office in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this role should be well-organized, have excellent communication skills and show a positive attitude towards their work. This person will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking phone calls, organizing documents and files, assisting with data entry, handling mail and other correspondence, ordering supplies, preparing reports and presentations, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed:
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in an administrative role. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Candidates must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
