Duties & Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will be expected to perform the following tasks:
• Ensure office operations are efficient by maintaining records management systems, filing systems and database systems;
• Provide administrative support to the management team;
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary;
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
• Supervise administrative staff;
• Organize meetings, conferences and travel arrangements;
• Prepare reports as requested by management;
• Process invoices, manage budgets and prepare financial statements;
• Assist in payroll preparation;
• Monitor staff performance reviews;
• Develop strategies to improve office processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment;
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; • Strong communication skills both verbal and written; • Knowledge of basic accounting principles; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
