Office Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED/Month
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be able to manage various tasks and projects while working independently, as well as collaborate with other departments. We are also willing to consider a foreign candidate for this role if they have the necessary skills and experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office management role
• Previous experience in the UAE is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies inventory; order and monitor office supplies as needed
• Organize office operations including filing systems, record keeping and contract management
• Develop procedures for record keeping; implement filing systems
• Prepare reports by collecting information from various sources
• Monitor daily operations of the office; provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents etc.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
