Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and helpful Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1400. We are open to hiring a foreigner for this position.

Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Secretarial Science or related field preferred;
ā¢ At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
ā¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Office applications;
ā¢ An eye for detail and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Greet visitors, answer phones calls, and route calls appropriately;
ā¢ Prepare correspondence including letters, memos, reports, charts, graphs etc.;
ā¢ File documents according to established procedures;
ā¢ Schedule appointments and maintain calendar of activities;
ā¢ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies etc.;
ā¢ Perform other duties as assigned.
