We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual for the role of Secretary in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in working in an international environment and gaining valuable experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be very organized, self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task. A degree in business administration or equivalent experience is preferred but not required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The right candidate must also be able to maintain discretion at all times.

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This includes scheduling meetings, organizing files, answering phones and responding to emails as well as handling other tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of our office space in Abu Dhabi. The Secretary will also serve as the liaison between our office staff and external contacts such as clients, vendors, etc., ensuring that all communications are conducted professionally and efficiently.
