Position Summary
We are looking for an organized, reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and maintain a professional office environment. Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to departments within the company
• Maintain office records and files in accordance with applicable standards
• Receive and respond to emails, phone calls and other inquiries from customers, partners, suppliers and other third parties
• Ensure that all documents are accurately prepared and filed on time
• Monitor office equipment, supplies and stationery inventory levels and order replenishments as needed
• Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, etc.
• Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing tasks according to importance
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary & Benefits
