Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, as well as managing daily operations. You must be a highly organized individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and emails, responding in a timely fashion as necessary.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and other events for the office staff.
• Maintain accurate records of office activities and operations.
• Create memos, letters, reports, and other documents when necessary.
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for office personnel.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as creating invoices and tracking payments.
• Ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked at all times.
• Assist with other related tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Secretary or in an administrative role is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic are required for success in this position.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is also essential for this role.
Salary: 1200 AED/Month (We are ready to consider a foreigner).
