Salary: 1100 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to fill the position of Secretary in our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience working with executives or managing office tasks is highly desirable.
This position will involve a variety of tasks such as answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, coordinating events, taking minutes at meetings and providing administrative support to the executive team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and manage their own time effectively.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; however, we are also willing to consider an immigrant if they have the necessary skillset. Fluency in English is essential for this role. In addition, Arabic language skills would be advantageous but not required.
