Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the company, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Manage emails and other correspondence
• Maintain office filing system including customer records
• Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences
• Prepare reports and presentation materials
• Prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings, transcribe them into documents or databases
• Perform other administrative duties such as preparing invoices, updating customer information and maintaining inventory records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a related field
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1200 AED/month. We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
