Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a Secretary to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate would be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of secretarial experience, preferably in a professional setting. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The applicant must also have excellent writing skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office schedules, responding to emails and letters, filing documents, taking notes during meetings, preparing reports summarizing the data discussed in meetings, scheduling appointments and meetings with clients, and taking dictation from senior staff members. They will also be expected to produce accurate minutes of meetings and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
This position will offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month.
