We are looking for a freelance HR specialist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, and experience in HR operations. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees; managing employee databases; handling payroll and benefits; conducting performance reviews; creating policies and procedures; developing employee engagement procedures; monitoring workplace safety compliance; and providing general HR support.
