Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• Excellent command of English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Basic knowledge of computer programs and software
• Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service inquiries efficiently
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues
• Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests
• Assist in monitoring customer feedback and responding accordingly
Salary: 1300 AED per month
