Office assistant vacancy in Reef Al Fujairah City UAE for unskilled worker
We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective administrative and clerical support services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and take messages
* Maintain accurate filing systems and databases
* Handle incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail is delivered on time
* Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
* Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs
* Organize office supplies and order replenishments when necessary
* Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
Qualifications:
* High School Degree or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail is essential
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in English language; other languages an asset * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential * Open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Salary: 1400 AED/month
