We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and helping to improve office procedures and day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. They should also have a good knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones and directing calls; greeting visitors; sorting incoming mail; printing documents; maintaining records; ordering supplies; organizing meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; taking meeting minutes; assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. We are also open to considering applications from immigrants. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month.
