Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1000 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support as needed. The role also involves managing office supplies and equipment, ordering supplies when needed, maintaining records of office supplies and expenses, and providing customer service assistance to clients or visitors.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. They should also possess excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel) as well as familiarity with other software programs such as PowerPoint.
