Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; further qualifications/certifications preferred
• 3+ years of experience in merchandising or similar role in retail/fashion industry; experience in Sharjah preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other software programs related to merchandising activities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to interact with suppliers and customers on a professional level
• Ability to think strategically and analyze data to create effective solutions for sales perspectives
