Job Description:

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our Abu-Dhabi location. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to manage and oversee the daily operations of housekeeping services in the hotel. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

The Housekeeping Manager's primary responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and managing the daily activities of all housekeeping staff
• Scheduling staff shifts and assigning tasks
• Ensuring all areas of the hotel are kept clean, hygienic and tidy at all times
• Working with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Reporting any maintenance issues or guest complaints to management
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when needed
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility with working hours is also essential.
