• Prepare pastries and other desserts according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely, safe, and sanitary manner
• Manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and supplies, as well as keeping track of food costs
• Monitor the quality of all desserts served to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspace at all times
