Job Description:
We are a professional organization based in Doha, Qatar and we are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. He/She will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and other staff members within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both English and Arabic language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintain the office environment by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and organized.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, data entry, etc.
• Prepare correspondence including letters, memos, reports etc.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Support other departments when needed with various administrative tasks.
Salary: 1100 QAR per month
