Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in floristry;
• Expertise in various types of plants, flowers, and foliage;
• Knowledge of flower care practices;
• Proven ability to use flower arranging tools;
• An eye for detail and creativity when arranging flowers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Duties:
• Designing floral arrangements according to customer specifications or seasonality;
• Selecting the best quality flowers, foliage, and plants available;
• Arranging flowers according to customer requirements or own designs;
• Receiving orders from customers or other departments within the organization;
• Stocking shelves with fresh cut flowers, foliage, and plants;
• Ensuring the freshness and quality of all products delivered by the store; • Keeping accurate records on all deliveries made.
