Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR/month
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in secretarial studies, business administration or related field
• Previous experience as a secretary in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and other related software applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English language (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic language is preferred
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendar for the manager
• Coordinate meetings and events by making arrangements for venues, catering services etc.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Draft letters, memos, reports etc. as per the instructions of the manager
• Take accurate minutes of meetings when required
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the manager. You will be expected to greet visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails. You should be able to schedule appointments as well as coordinate meetings and events by making necessary arrangements for venues, catering services etc. You should also be able to handle confidential documents securely as well as draft letters, memos and reports when required. To ensure success you should have excellent organizational skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
