We are looking for an experienced and passionate Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring that they meet quality, safety, and budget criteria. You will be in charge of the planning, design, and execution of all phases of the project. You will manage resources, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and ensure that all contracts are executed in a timely manner. Your main duties will include scheduling activities, coordinating construction teams and subcontractors, conducting inspections on site to ensure safety and quality compliance standards are met. Additionally you will be required to maintain records of project progress, review budgets and cost estimates, keep up with changes in building regulations and industry standards. The salary for this role is 1200 AED per month depending on experience. We are open to consider foreigners for this role without experience.
