We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-driven individual with excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The primary responsibilities of the Administrator include but are not limited to:
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to other departments in the organization as needed
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems of all office documents
• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance or route calls as appropriate
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as required
• Assist with project management tasks, such as drafting project plans, tracking progress, etc.
• Provide general customer service support including responding to inquiries via phone, email or in person
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Must be willing to commit to long-term employment in Abu Dhabi • We are open to considering foreign applicants.
