Administrator


We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties and will ensure that the company's operations are running smoothly. The salary offered is 1500 AED per month.



Responsibilities


The Administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing and maintaining filing systems; scheduling meetings and appointments; providing general administrative support; coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements; preparing reports, presentations, and other documents; processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders; handling correspondence; organizing office events and activities.



Requirements


The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role is also required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Fluency in English is also required.
