Job Summary

Specific duties include but are not limited to providing clerical support, managing office operations and procedures, dealing with customer enquiries, maintaining records and filing systems, handling incoming mail, arranging travel for employees and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support services.
- Answer telephones, provide information and take messages.
- Manage office operations such as filing systems, data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain records of daily transactions.
- Handle customer enquiries in person or via phone/email.
- Arrange travel bookings for staff members.
- Prepare reports as needed.
