We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to ensure that the office is well-organised and efficient. This includes managing daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, answering and forwarding calls, preparing documents, maintaining records and databases, coordinating events and activities, handling customer inquiries and providing support to other teams. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organisational skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Moreover, he/she should have strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
