Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


An Administrative Assistant is required to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team while working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating staff schedules, greeting and directing guests, organizing office events, managing incoming calls and emails, managing office supplies, filing paperwork and other related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must be organized and have excellent communication skills. They should also have a positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as collaborate with their team members. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. An immigrant is welcome to apply for this position with a salary of 1200 dhs per month.
