Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and able to manage a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, customer service, and problem solving. We are willing to consider immigrants with valid work permits.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operation
• Manage filing systems and keep records up to date
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, procedures and protocols
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language (Arabic is an advantage) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
