We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and providing administrative support to staff.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills as well as the ability to multitask. He or she should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), have a good command of English both written and spoken, and strong customer service skills.
The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing the office layout and ordering stationery supplies. He or she will also manage filing systems and oversee office equipment maintenance. The successful candidate must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional customer service. Additionally, he or she will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, answer queries, take messages, and assist with general inquiries.
