Office Manager Job Vacancy - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure. No prior experience is required, however a competitive salary of 1500 is offered.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the running of the office, including managing reception, organizing meetings and events, maintaining office supplies, filing paperwork and invoices, answering phone calls, helping with correspondence and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
