Secretary Position in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be paid a salary of 1400 per month.

Job Description:

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes managing calendars and schedules, preparing correspondence, arranging meetings and conferences, taking notes at meetings, and other general office duties. The Secretary will also provide support with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in office administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and organize workflow efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
