Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Secretary to join the office of our company in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a proven track record of providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and possess strong problem solving abilities.
The main duties of the Secretary include scheduling meetings, managing emails, preparing documents and reports, organising events, managing office supplies and taking dictation. The successful applicant should also be able to provide customer service by addressing any queries or concerns in a professional manner. Additionally, the Secretary is expected to undertake other duties assigned by their supervisor.
In order to apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (including MS Office Suite), strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous but not essential . We are offering an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month for this position. We are open to considering applications from immigrants as well.
